Liz provides Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy and supports you in working towards wholeness by integrating the mind, body and spirit. Liz’s approach is collaborative and affirming.  She addresses childhood trauma, Attachment wounds, Intergenerational trauma, and Psychospiritual concerns. Liz is passionate about accessing healing through non-ordinary states of consciousness and reconnecting with our ancestral wisdom.
